It is best to listen to this talk using headphones as the volume and tone of the audio quality is a bit unstable. Please read carefully the description below as it will assist in clarification of how this tantra is practiced as very esoteric teachings of the Buddha Dharma regarding the ‘ear whispered truth’ are beginning to be revealed in this talk.

The picture of Dudjom Rinpoche is the frontispiece of his book: The Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism (Wisdom Publications, Boston, 1991), is from which Bodo is quoting and from where the teachings of this talk derive.

As the yogi or yogini begins learning the ways of generating in his consciousness the links to the Buddha Mind, the rarefied fields of sunyata and dharmakāya, the intense energizations he gets as a consequence throw out gross pranas via his energy body, what here in the text are called the ‘provisional stains’ or kleśakarins which must be dealt with on the way to enlightenment.

The yogi or yogini utilizes skillful means in dealing with every karmic situation that manifests in their lives therefore nothing is wasted when ones sees actions as the karma of having the result of Bodhisattva activity washing away the stains in every action that is being transformed into the path of awakening.

Another service work that the Bodhisattva that aspire to the highest bhūmis must do is to cleanse the poluted psychic atmosphere, first around himself, of his surroundings, and later on of the nadis of the earth. This refers to aspects of the secret mantra or the ‘ear whispered truth.’ Therefore, the term zapping that is used in the talk for that purpose refers to the generation of the projection of light by means of the will of love to convert the members of the Dark Brotherhood into the White path that reside in this psychic atmosphere attacking the aspirants away, hence wolves and other entities are visually seen via the astral plane when inner perceptions develop, for then one’s psychic karma must be dealt with, and this indicates the true nature of the ‘secret’ part of ‘secret mantra’. Inner perceptions must be developed in order to hear and see what is the objective of the mantra to deal with or to produce.

The Dark Brotherhood are the forces of evil on this planet. They are not ‘dark’ because of the colour of their skin, but because of the nature of the emanation of their auras. They were practitioners of black magic in past epochs of human history, and have now incarnated into positions of power (corporate, financial and political) all over the world but they can also reside in the psychic atmosphere of the inner realms. Manipulative scheming, coercion, and modes of obtaining ruthless power are their modus operandi.

At 16:25 the term saṁskāras should be replaced for the term kleśas. There are five (kleśakarins): ignorance, egotism, desire, hatred and attachment that can be seen as the ‘provisional stains’. They are produced by the concept of an ‘I’ that in Buddhism is seen as the five skandhas, bundles of aggregates, form or body (rūpa), perception-emotions (vedanā), aggregates of action (saṁskāras), faculty of discrimination (samjñā) and revelatory knowledge (vijñāna). In reality the saṁskāras cover all of these.

The book The I Concept, is no longer promoted, as the errors were fixed up and the book was revised and turned into the first three volumes of A Treatise on Mind. You can acquire the complete Treatise of nine books via our website.
